Refund policy

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and and work with you to resolve it. We are not responsible for damages that have been incurred while unpacking the products (such as but not limited to stains, marks, permanent fingerprints, cracks etc) or from the use of the items after they have been received and thus we won't accept returns for those cases. Please see our care instructions found on each product page on how to properly unpack the items.

Returns & Refunds

We don’t hold inventories and the products you see here are produced specifically for you, you decide your own print, size and color after you place your order. According to Chapter I/Article 16 of the European directive 2011/83/EU the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized as such are exempt from the right of withdrawal and therefore not subject to returns and refunds. For this reason we won't accept any returns or process any refunds in case you have changed your mind and you want to return any of the ordered items.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel the order and receive a full refund as long as your item has not entered production. No cancellations are possible once production has started for your ordered items. Please contact us asap in case you want to cancel your order. We are not responsible and cannot reverse the status of the order and thus not liable to process any refunds once the product has entered production.
